The eVoTube boiler is the next generation of the well-known firetube design. It contains several innovative improvements to enhance efficiency and durability.

Higher Energy Efficiency

Benefiting from several patented innovations, eVoTube firetube boilers provide higher energy efficiency than conventional boilers. They use less fuel, which decreases operating costs. To achieve the highest efficiency, the eVoTube can be supplied with an integrated steaming economizer. This reduces the installation cost and the need for expensive flow control valve assembly, therefore reducing the typical payback period.


Versatile Design

The eVoTube boiler can come with 2, 3, or 4 gas passes and with a dry, semi-wet, or wet back configuration. This boiler can be upgraded with the latest burner technology to achieve the most restricting emissions and the best performances.

Internal Rear Door

Internal Rear Door

Our dry and semi-wet back models come equipped with an internal rear baffle door independent from the back door. This configuration minimizes the amount of refractory needed, provides the best protection against thermal stresses on the back door and maximizes the refractory life cycle, resulting in lower cost of maintenance.

Standard Equipment

Our boilers come equipped with all the controls required to ensure a safe and automatic operation. Novatherm only uses components and burners that are well known for their high quality and availability. Replacement parts are available throughout North America.

Optional electrical elements can be added for bi-energy applications.
